Adieu to our dear students!! 30 March

Thus March YTTC ends here. All the students and teachers had dressed in Indian Traditional attire. All were looking very graceful and joyful. What a wonderful journey we had!!All teachers and students have developed a pure and warm bond among them. Recollecting beautiful memories earned throughout the course, we congratulate all the Yoga trainees on this big achievement of their life and wish abundant success for their future endeavors!!
Morning Meditation in Majestic Mountains: 23 March

Nature has all of the joy within it. Being with nature itself is very much joyous. One can feel positivity, courage and calmness around. They make us learnt so many qualities to lead a happy and truthful life. Being stand-still they teach us the message to stand against the wrong and with the truth. Being calm and huge, teaches the lesson of life of Humility. Meditation in their company raises strong determination. Ajaryans meditated with hills in presence of blissful breeze. Experience the mother-love of nature with Ajarya!!
Preparation for Overhauling of Body 21 March

SHANKH PRAKSHALAN requires mobility of pelvis in all the directions. Narendra teaches the students proper method of Shank-Prakshalan. He explained the students about the preparations and precautions that are needed before this wonderful natural –purification method. All the students following his instructions successfully accomplished this process and also benefitted their health. A healthy person should practice this once a year to overcome the diseases. Come to Ajarya and learn many more natural purification methods for a healthy living!!
Ardha Padma Ekapadottasana 16 March

Ajaryans have practiced this effective Asana under the guidance of Yoga Guru. Yoga Teacher Narendra arya, helped them to perform the posture correct for the maximum benefits. He taught the students easy technique to hold this pose effectively. Come to Ajarya and get to know more Asanas of Ashtanga Yoga!!
Blissful & Radiant Ajarya Family 14 March

This March for the first time we are delivering knowledge of Hatha Yoga. We have got wonderful students. They all are very lovely and eager to learn. They are participating in all the curricular of the Ajarya Yoga Academy with same zeal. These beautiful smiles in the image show their satisfaction and transitions day by day. Baddha Konasana 11 March

Yoga Teachers at Ajarya teach students how to perform BaddhaKonasana. They help students to perform it with accuracy to reach it benefits. Above images show the brief illustration of Baddha Konasana. This Asana strengthens and improves flexibility in the inner thighs and the knees. It helps in preparing the hips and groins for meditative seated poses. It ails in digestive complaints also. Interesting Games for Personality Development: 09 March

Ajarya emphasizes on full development of its students. It is not only physical fitness that shows your good health, over all fitness takes you on the path of success. Ajarya plans teaching module in such way that it covers each factor which is responsible for personality growth. To make the students emotionally strong, Ajarya conducts emotional balances games. Peaceful River Banks 07 March

Away from the noisy roads, The Ganges is the best resort one can have in Rishikesh. Enchanting sound of river-waves brings you closer to nature. Soothing breeze continuously flowing at the bank tantalizes all the senses and keeps you alive. To attain inner peace and balanced mind, Ajaryans spend quality time at the Ganges-river bank. For hours they meditate at the bank and fill themselves with positive energy. They restore their strength for upcoming rigorous Asanas and Mudras practice. First Day - Practice Session: 03 March

It starts with Meditation. Keeping yourself calm and balanced is the basic preparation to start Yoga Practice. After quality meditation, Yoga -Gurus at Ajarya start the training process. All students with their Yoga mat and other props learn different Asanas and their benefits. These Asanas require a lot of strength and patience. Yoga teachers help students to maintain proper alignment and longer holding of the Asanas. Such serious sessions @ Ajarya make students to learn the importance of Yoga. They start to feel prominent changes within them whether they are physical, psychological or mental. Interactive Guru-Shishya Session: 02 March

Before starting the learning modules, Ajarya Teachers interact with students briefing them about Ajarya Yoga Academy and Yoga. As the lovely students become a part of Ajarya Family, they are taken care of nicely ensuring all their comfort. Yoga-Gurus get to know their expectations, strength and weakness. After the detailed introduction, they are provided with the daily schedule and Yoga essentials. Come and become a part of Ajarya Family!!

It is well-widely known that, God’s presence for ever learning is very essential. To provide full concentration, positive energy and enthusiasm, he gives us courage. March YTTC gets commenced today at Ajarya Yoga Academy, Rishikesh, India. All the students from all over the world have participated in the Hawan-Ceremony. They have prayed for God’s blessings for the successful completion of the course and to stay with them throughout this life-transforming journey of their life.
