A Welcome note to our upcoming February 2016 YTT students!!

Ashtanga yoga is a powerful form of yoga which has an emphasis on strength and stamina. In Ashtanga yoga the breath is synchronized with the postures in a process that detoxifies the body. Practicing Ashtanga Yoga gives a strong body, calm mind and better circulation.

It is the royal eightfold yoga, standardized by the ancient sage Patanjali. It’s outset and conclusion is the state of unlimited ecstasy and freedom that forms the core of our being. The practice of these eight limbs can take up a copious amount of time of one’s daily life.

Learning Ashtanga Yoga in the refreshing weather of February month in Rishikesh is very pleasant. Cool breeze motivates to take up new challenges. Also it is the perfect time to give yourself the gift of wonderful health.
